Hmmm makes me think of our speculation in another thread on whether
the dragon/elderling demise was solely due to some sort of geological upheval or also partly due to actual change in climatic conditions .......
dragon haven
It may be that Kelsingra can no longer function as a permanent home for dragons/elderlings!!!!

Hmm, just rereading this post of Lord Punctual's (where have you gone, LP

?) and can't understand why I didn't think on it before now...it seems so obvious! Yes, Witted ones
do take on personality traits and mannerisms of their Wit partners, so why
shouldn't Elderlings do the same...dragons are, after all, animals.
When Fitz talks about communication with dragons and the voice in the Skill river etc, he talks about that different sense that is a combination of both Wit and Skill...possibly it is this other sense that also allows the physical changes during the Elderling transition? I must think on this some more (though it has nothing to do with cats...or does it

?)!

I was only thinking of Fool and cats the other day, and wondering about Fool's habit of doing the whole forehead-to-forehead thing with Fitz (the one I now do with my husband!

). I don't know...it seems a kind of cat-like mannerism to me?!
A young female cat is called a molly because 'Molly' is a nickname for Mary i.e. a virgin.
