This is a bit of a random question but here goes -

I have read the liveship trader series, the farseer series, the tawny man and the fitz and the fool series.

I read these a long time ago - maybe 15 years ago (??).

Anyway, In one of those series of books I remember a scene where someone gets knocked to the floor by a bad guy - who thinks they are in control, but then it transpires the person on the floor is extremely powerful (but also humble) and they basically suck the life out of the bad guy.

I just really want to know in what book, and where abouts, this scene occurred and wondered if anyone recognised my description of the scene..??
I'm not sure where it occurs but I'm pretty confident it's either Liveship or Fitz and the Fool. I can't see Fitz behaving like that.

It may be Bee when she's being kidnapped by the fat bald guy (blanked on the name) and they've stoded away on the ship to Clerres on the 3rd book. I'm fairly confident he knocks her down and Bee does something to him (maybe dontlookatme like Thick).

Or it might have been the female kidnapper to the fat bald guy. (sorry I can't remember any of there names. I need to reread them)

Thanks for posting this. I will have a look based on what you mentioned.
