Second attempt at posting this link to the BoD exceprt over at Tor.com. Not sure what happened to my other post! Down . Here's hoping it works this time Smiling :

I haven't read it but may well have done so by the going down of the sun...! P

I pre-oredered it for delivery on march 18. And now Amazon told me yesterday, that they don't know when they will be able to deliver it. SCANDALOuchMad!!!
Amazon just mailed me 'Your Amazon.co.uk order of "Blood of Dragons (The Rain..." has been dispatched'

Haha! P As I said in the Newsgroup not so long ago, "It also sucks to be 'not Dutch'!" Big Grin

Lots of readers in Australia and the UK have received their BoD books already. I am still waiting for mine (due to isolation and mail etc) but am hoping that I can download the Kindle version today at least. It tells me it's available for a March 14th download and so I'm waiting for it to become the 14th over there in the US...been that date for over six hours here Down Under already! Down

I have another long drive and lots of towns ahead of me so, even if I do get the download today, I won't get to read it until tomorrow night...

Enjoy joost and finella! Slurp I love that you get to enjoy the tale twice, joost. Reading it in English now would be like having a new story to read all over again, I'd expect, due to translation differences? Undecided

Oops...the reason why I came here in the first place...quoted directly from Robin's site:

Quote:The release date for Blood of Dragons, the concluding volume of the Rain Wild Chronicles, will be April 8, 2013. I will be doing a book tour to promote the book and sign copies for readers, with visits to Seattle, Olympia, Los Angeles, and Boston. But if you don’t happen to live in one of those cities or don’t wish to wait, you can contact Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore and pre-order your signed first edition right now, to be delivered to your door by the release date!

Thanks again for your readership, and I look forward to meeting many of you in person at the signing events!

One of the advantages of being in the US, Valarya? Wink

Haha, that's true. Robin will be here in Nashville in the summer for a con and she mentioned getting a gathering together for coffee outside of the con, so I'm pretty freaking stoked about that!!!

Understandably! Clapping Big Grin

I have mine! Suddenly I find myself in that odd place where I don't want to read because I have so many theories I still want to share before I find out what is and what isn't...but I also do want to read to find out what is and what isn't, theories be damned! P

No more. I'm reading a book. Book

Smiling
While Tor.com has the Prologue, I just had a very brief look and think the Prologue *and* all of Chapters One and Two are also available on the Amazon.uk site, in the 'Look Inside' feature.

For you, Valarya... Big Grin Flowers :
