I re-read the entire series not so long ago, and must admit that I loved them as much as I did as a girl. I haven't attempted to watch any of the movies as I gathered they would be a disappointment in comparison to the novels (as usually happens 
). What a great book title though (and name for a ship!) ..."The Voyage of the Dawn Treader"...it conjures up all sorts of amazing and adventurous images for me

I am just trying to begin "Her Fearful Symmetry" by Audrey Niffenegger, the author of "The Time Traveler's Wife" (a bit confusing here in that we Australians write it as "Traveller's", with a double 'l', but the actual title has only the one!) .
I am not starting any of the A Song of Ice and Fire series of GRRM's until the next one comes out (the rest are on my bookshelf...waiting, waiting). Looking forward to joining in the discussions elsewhere on thePlenty when that happens though!
