Robin Hobb will be in Italy from June 12th to 18th. Besides visiting the Parma Fantasy weekend at the start of her visit, Robin will also tour the cities of Pavia, Milano, Firenze and Rome. You can see the schedule at her official site.
You can find more information about the Parma Fantasy festival and Robin’s visit here (in Italian) and the Italian publisher Fanucci has all the details of the Italian booktour at their website (also in Italian).
The Italian translation of Dragon Keeper, Il custode del drago was published last month. If you’re an Italian fan of Robin, don’t forget to visit Blood Memories for all the news and information about Robin.
Recap of Robin Hobb news

I’ve been a bit too busy the last couple of weeks, so I haven’t made any updates here although there have been several newsworthy things to post about. So let’s get to it!
Italian translation of Dragon Keeper is now out with the title Il custode del drago. The publisher is Fanucci. Thanks to Antebar for sending this in! And here’s the news at Blood Memories, the Italian Hobb fansite.
Dutch Dragon Haven should also already be out there, with the title De Drakenziel. It is published by Luitingh-Sijthoff.
Robin and Sara Creasy (author of Song of Scarabaeu) were discussing on Babel Clash at the end of April—you can find their entries and the subsequent commentary here. Very interesting reading!

I just came across Blood Memories, a brand new Italian fansite dedicated to Robin Hobb’s works. There seems to be a forum for discussion, lots of information and news. As always, if you know about, or maintain, a related website that is not listed in links, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line about it. :)
