Here’s a new trailer for the Dragon Keeper, it’s not only a Dutch translation but also an updated and edited version of the original.
The Dragon Keeper aka De Kronieken van de Wilde Regenlanden eerste boek: Drakenhoeder will be available 11th of November 2009 by Luitingh Fantasy. The trailer is by Sabotage & Dialogue Productions.
Warriors is an upcoming anthology edited by George R.R. Martin and Gardner Dozois. It will contain Robin’s story titled The Triumph about two Romans captured by the Carthaginians during the First Punic War. The collection includes 20 brand new stories by authors such as Peter S. Beagle, Naomi Novik, Tad Williams and Diana Gabaldon.
Robin has updated the book covers album in her myspace, and it looks like the US cover for the Dragon Keeper has gone through some changes. The fonts are now much more consistent with those used for the Liveship traders trilogy (the first released cover image has fonts similar to the Soldier Son trilogy). Well, nothing is final until the books are printed of course. You can see the US covers for both parts of the Rain Wild Chronicles here. The US edition of Dragon Keeper is out in January 2010 and is available for preorders.
Dragon Haven won’t be out until March next year, but we already know what it will look like: Pat from Fantasy HotList has posted the cover. (Thanks Iain once again for spotting things!) If you missed it earlier, you can also visit Jackie Morris’ blog for July and see how the marvellous red dragon took shape.
The fanlisting for Robin Hobb aka Megan Lindholm lists 605 (+0) readers from 46 different countries and was last updated on 06th November 2020 with Torroglosa.
