An old and noble line from [[Lesser Tor]] in [[Buck]], the Earwoods had dwindled in both standing and wealth. In the years of the [[Red Ship War]] their sheltered valley prospered and they shared the harvest with the [[Bresinga]]s whose holdings bordered on theirs. Later [[Jaglea Earwood]] married the older and widowed [[Lord Bresinga]].
