'''Ferry''' is a town in [[Bearns]]. It was attacked during the [[Red Ship War|Red Ship Wars]]. Three shiploads of Raiders burned almost the whole place, and [[Forged]] seventy people.
Messages sent to [[Buckkeep]] about the attack were delayed or destroyed and even after the Duke [[Brawndy]] himself visited Buckkeep, he was officially refused any help on the grounds that each Duchy would need to take care of their own. Yet [[Kettricken]] gifted the Duke her Mountain opals and these were used to rebuild Ferry.
