Town near the [[Mountain Kingdom|MountainKingdom's]] border. This It is a provisioning town and traditional stopping place for trade caravans using the [[Chelika trail]] to the [[Wide Yale pass]] and the lands beyond the Mountain Kingdom. Moonseye is where [[Fitz]]'s grandfather ]] brought him to [[Verity]]. Within the town is a fortified building used by the [[Farseer]] rulers. It has tall carved wooden doors with black iron hinges decorated with the [[Farseer]] Buck's head and with a brass knocker. The building has many corridors, rooms and windows and a large kitchen. Within the walls that are guarded by men walking on top of them are also the stables where [[Fitz]] spent his nights before taken to [[Buckkeep]].
