Changes

Encountered on the [[Treasure Beach]] by [[Kennit]] , who sails there, and by [[Fitz]] and [[Dutiful]] when travelling who travel through a [[skill-pillar]]. There is some suggestion that they are the offspring of [[dragons]] who spent too much time in human company and who therefore took take on some human characteristics; much as [[Elderling]]s did in reverse, or perhaps more like the [[Rain Wild]] residents who become somewhat deformed, rather than elevated like the Elderlings. They  The Others are somewhat frog-like in appearance with webbed digits and venonous claws. They have the [[Skill]] or some similar magic to a dragon's glamour, which they use to alter their appearance to the minds of the unwary. They are terrified of cats.
