Redda was the Catalyst of Hoquin the White who called her Wild-eye because she had an eye that always peered off to one side. Redda was a very young woman, little more than a child. Hoquin required her to go to her parents and deny them, and give her name back. She did not want to do that, but she had to, so she went and said the words and cried all the time. She continued crying for two days and nights, and then Hoquin told her to stop, and she did.


She didn't like Hoquin's rabbit who always tried to drive her away from Hoquin. The day the rabbit died, Redda made food of it but did not tell Hoquin about it until after he had dined upon it.
