Changes

A [[Witted]] man who claims to be a descendant of an old noble family who were stripped of title and estates during the [[Piebald Prince]] frenzy. He comes to [[Buckkeep]] as a part of the Witted delegation and sides first with [[Silvereye]], only demanding revenge for all the wrongs done to his folk. After meeting [[Civil Bresinga]] who decides to tell the court the truth about himself, the [[Old Blood]] and the [[Piebalds]], Boyo starts to hope that he too could be an openly Witted noble, and changes allegiance.
