Reorganized article and edited so Cosgo was the main point. Added more details. Need more details in the 'After Trehaug' section. That was info from before and it needs editing.

One He has allied himself closely with [[Chalced]], who supply his drugs and Jamaillia's slaves. He journeyed to Bingtown with two of his [[Heart Companion]]s, named [[Kekki]], accompanied him to Bingtown and the [[Rain WildsSerilla]], where she would die a slow death after drinking the water from the [[Rain Wild River]]and Chalced warships as guards to reestablish his supremacy and leadership.
== In Bingtown ==
Satrap Cosgo stays at [[Davad Restart]]'s estate, hosting the various Old Traders and [[New Traders]] who come calling. Eventually, the Summer Ball happens and Cosgo meets [[Malta Vestrit]]. Serilla, with help from [[Reyn Khuprus]], takes that opportunity to organize a kidnapping of Cosgo to prevent a hostile takeover of Bingtown by the Chalcedeans.
Cosgo and Kekki are held in comfort in [[Trehaug]], but kept isolated for his safety until the buried [[Elderling]] city where they are kept, [[Frengong]], collapses in a quake. Malta was in the city at the time of the collapse, freeing [[Tintaglia]] the dragon, so she is able to lead the two Jamaillians outside. However, they are lost and need to make it back to the safety of the shore. They end up drifting past the city with no one hearing their shouts and are swept downriver.
== After Trehaug ==
After he was stolen by the pirate ship [[Motley (ship)|Motley]] of captain [[Red (Captain)|Red]] together with [[Malta Vestrit]] from the Chalcedeans, they could escape in a Chalcedean vessel. When floating in their vessel, they were picked up by the boat of captain [[Deiari]].
