The stables Stables at [[Buckkeep]] that house not only horses but also hounds and hawks. In Fitz childhood, all the stables were mastered by [[Burrich]] who lives lived in an upstairs room above the stalls, keeping a strict rein on the stable running. After the [[Red Ship Wars]] the Buckkeep stables saw large developments, causing [[Hands]] to move the main stables to a new, larger site and the old stables from Fitz's childhood to become derelict and abandoned.
