Changes

Series of raids carried out by [[Outislanders]] to the [[Six Duchies]] coast over several years during King [[Shrewd|Shrewd's]] reign. Named so after the hulls of their ships that were painted red. The raids mostly took place during summer, the harsh wintewr storms of the coastal waters kept back even the legendarily vigorous Outislanders.
