Changes

Kestrel of Buck was sister to [[Gull]] and a member of [[Stanchion]]'s [[Skill-coterie]]. She had her [[Skill]] locked within herself as punishment for the slaying of her sister , and was banished from the [[Six Duchies]] by Queen [[Diligence]] over 200 years ago. Kestrel was strongly Skilled, and used the Skill both to alter her body to remain young and heal itself, and to kill. She slew Gull - a coterie member - in a jealous rage when she found her in the arms of her lover Stanchion - the Coterie leader.
