[[Outislander]] raiders led by [[Kebal Rawbread]], who was under the control of the [[Pale Woman]]. They were responsible for savagely raiding the [[Six Duchies]] coastline in red-hulled boats. They raped, murder, stole and destroyed what they found, but were most feared for the introduction of [[forging]].
