Changes

[[Verity]] used the [[Skill]] during the [[Red Ship War]] to confuse captains and compile messages from [[Galen's Coterie]]. All of this was generally done in the [[Seawatch Towertower]] the real name of [[Verity]]'s tower room. Only [[Fitz]] and [[Chade]] call it [[Verity]]'s. Later it becomes the meeting room for Prince [[Dutiful]]'s [[Skill-coterie]].
