An Kelaro was an immense blue [[sea serpent]] who joined [[Maulkin|Maulkin's]] tangle. Formerly of [[Xecres]]'s tangle. He managed the journey up the [[Rain Wild River]] as well as in building the cocoon needed to emerge again as a blue-black dragoncalled [[Kalo]].
