'''Tarman''', a barge, is one of the oldest liveships. He was made before the [[Rain WildWilds]] people added figureheads to the bow, but instead has painted eyes on his bow. He can only communicate with his crew by mental images.
After captain Leftrin found a wizardwood log, he used its wood to improve Tarman by giving him four webbed feet and a tail, thus improving the maneuverability of the boat.
