Free The book was not for sale, but free copies of were added to any purchase that included works by the authors that had contributed to the book are currently available when purchasing (or at least if you were ordering online, any book from their store). For a contributing author's works from the bookstore and time, the whole book can be downloaded was available as downloadable pdf files from the Store's webpage.
