'''Pell''' is the father of [[Gillam]]. He is a tall, handsome man with curly dark/brown hair and beard. He is violent towards women, as is his father. He gets [[Rosemary (Cogsbay)|Rosemary]] pregnant, refuses to marry her and then leaves her for [[Meddalee Morrany]]. After three years, he comes back to [[Cogsbay]] to claim his son.
