Changes

Note: this is actually not the exact cover for the 1st/1st hardback. In the actual book, the cover vignettes are in different order (crown, feather, mistcat, door from left-to-right, top-to-bottom). I suspect this image is either an ARC or just a digital copy that was used in advertising prior to actual printing. I'll try to replace this with the real cover soon.
