Unfaithful lover of [[Aubretia]], in the short story the [[Inheritance, the|Inheritance]]. He was of an [[Old Trader]] family, but younger son. He took Aubretia's money, telling her that he needed them to make a fortune for them before he could marry her, but instead spent them in [[Jamaillia]] and married a Jamaillian woman.
