Howarth

Howarth was the unfaithful lover of Aubretia Lantis. He was newly arrived in Bingtown looking to make a his fortune as he was a younger son. He had lofty ambitions of raising money to make deals in Jamaillia and win enough wealth to come back and marry Aubretia. He took Aubretia's money multiple times, returning later each time. He told her that he needed money to make money and he was doing it for their future. Instead, he disappeared for years only to return much later with a Jamaillian wife and a baby.

Years pass and his family is hoping to marry their daughters to Old Trader families. However, that secret of his con is outed, and his reputation forever has a mark against it.
