It was published by University Book Store in Seattle for the store's 110th birthday that was celebrated on January 10th 2010.
Among the stories are [[Euthanasia]] by [[Robin Hobb]] and [[Alone]] by [[Megan Lindholm]].
The book was not for sale, but free copies were added to any purchase that included works by the authors that had contributed to the book (or at least if you were ordering online, any book from their store). For a time, the whole book was available as downloadable pdf files from the Store's webpage.
