Changes

All Old Trader families have a vote in the [[Bingtown Council]]. Old Trader families may own [[Liveship|Liveships]] if they commission and buy one from a Rain Wild Trader family.

Families wear formal [[Trader robe|Trader robes]] at Council sessions. Every family has a different coloured robe.
