'''Rapskal ''' is the human/[[Elderling]] keeper of the [[dragon ]] [[Heeby]].

Always cheery, he attached himself to [[Thymara]] early on, simply to have a friend. During the rain wilds [[Rain Wilds]] flood, he and his dragon [[Heeby]] went missing and was were presumed dead.  At the end of Dragon Haven, Rapskal and Heeby return, to announce that they have found [[Kelsingra]]. They lead the way to the city.
