Always cheery, he attached himself to [[Thymara]] early on, simply to have a friend. During the [[Rain Wilds]] flood, he and his dragon [[Heeby]] went missing and were presumed dead.
At the end of [[Dragon Haven]], Rapskal and Heeby return, to and announce that they have found [[Kelsingra]]. They lead the way to the city.
