The town near [[Buckkeep]] Castle. It is here, as a child, that [[Fitz]] first meets [[Molly]] and the other children with which they played. Later, he meets her again as a teenager. Much of the action which focuses on Buckkeep actually happens here. [[Hap]] works here as an apprentice joiner to Gindast. [[Jinna]] owns a shop here where she sells charms and gives readings. She also lives there, and it is the only place that she and Fitz make love.
