Withywoods

Withywoods is a warm valley, centred on a gently flowing river that carves a wide plain that nestles between gently rising and rolling foothills. It is far from borders and the court, a place suitable for growing grapes and grain and children. The lands belong to the Farseer throne.

Residents of Withywoods

• Lady Patience and former King-in-Waiting Chivalry lived there as the Lord and Lady of Withywoods after Fitz was discovered and Chivalry abdicated his claim to the throne. After Chivalry's death in a supposed riding accident Patience moved back to Buckkeep.

• After the Skill was blasted out of August at the betrothal of Kettricken and Verity, he moved to Withywoods to live quietly there.

• The holdings were later given to Molly and Fitz where they continue to live with their family.
