Rosemary (Cogsbay)

Rosemary, also called "Rosie", is the mother of Gillam. She lives in a small cottage on the outskirts of Cogsbay with his son, Tessie the cow, Picky the rooster and his flock of hens, and the cat Marmalade. She has cousins in Forge.

Rosemary is also the name of Kettricken's young maid.
