Tarlock

A grizzled, older sailor that sailed on the Despair, a pirate ship, and Springeve, a merchant vessel dealing in pirated goods. Tarlock first met Brashen Trell when Despair overtook Brashen's ship, Child of the Wind. Then, he drunkenly approaches and confronts Brashen in a port-town tavern. Brashen gets him drunk and he is left behind when the Springeve sails the next morning.
