Old Trader

Old Traders founded Bingtown. The land was granted to them by Satrap Esclepius with the Bingtown Charter. Originally, they moved near the Rain Wild River, but soon settled the relatively stable land that became Bingtown. Some of the families stayed behind and founded Trehaug and became Rain Wild Traders.

All Old Trader families have a vote in the Bingtown Council. Old Trader families may own Liveships if they commission and buy one from a Rain Wild Trader family. Families wear formal Trader robes at Council sessions. Every family has a different coloured robe.
