Mingsley

Mingsley is a New Trader in Bingtown. He is interested in buying Paragon from the Ludluck family, chopping him up for scrap, and selling the wizardwood.

During and after the conflict with the Chalcedeans over Bingtown, Mingsley is the spokesperson for the New Traders in the city.
