She Who Remembers was a green-gold female sea serpent kept as a prisoner in the Others Island. The Others refer to her as their "Oracle."
Wintrow Vestrit frees her, though his body is ravaged by her venom, when Kennit takes him to learn his fate from the Others. She dies while attempting to follow the Rain Wild River up to the cocooning grounds.
